Role Objective
To support the development of AI governance frameworks and structured procurement intelligence by converting complex legal, regulatory, and contractual information into clear, structured, actionable documentation aligned with international standards.
Key Responsibilities
AI Governance Support
- Summarize and structure regulatory documents (DPDP Act, GDPR, PDPL, etc.)
- Develop risk matrices and compliance control tables
- Assist in preparing AI governance frameworks and documentation
- Track regulatory updates and maintain structured monitoring reports
Procurement Intelligence Support
- Extract structured data from tender documents (NIT, RFP, contracts)
- Build standardized documentation templates
- Organize and maintain procurement data repositories
- Support preparation of analytical summaries and market intelligence notes
Documentation & Systems
- Maintain strict version control and document discipline
- Prepare clean, concise written outputs (1–5 page structured briefs)
- Support development of internal governance and compliance templates
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Law, Computer Science, Commerce, Engineering, or related field)
- 2–3 years experience in analytical, documentation, audit, legal research, IT, or governance-related roles preferred
- Exceptional fresh graduates with strong analytical and writing skills may apply
